Questions, answered.
With a short call and, when it fits, a fixed-scope architecture engagement. You leave with context maps, ADRs, and a delivery plan you own — whether or not we build it.
Architecture engagements run 2–4 weeks. Full builds run 6–16 weeks depending on scope, with weekly demos throughout. Embedded engagements are monthly.
Fixed scope for architecture, milestone-based for builds, monthly retainer for embedded. Starting points are on each engagement tile — final numbers follow discovery.
Yes, routinely. Much of our work is under NDA; case studies here are anonymized where required. Send yours or use ours.
Remote-first, based in WAT (UTC+1). We overlap with EU mornings and US mornings and work asynchronously through docs, demos, and clear contracts.
Handover is part of the build: runbooks, ADRs, and observability. Optional support retainers cover on-call and iteration.
Yes. We start with a read-only audit — architecture, tests, and risk — then propose the smallest set of changes that de-risks delivery.
PHP 8.4 / Symfony, Go, Java / Spring, and TypeScript / Next.js. We pick per problem, not per fashion.
Not sure which fits?
Tell us the problem. We'll recommend the smallest engagement that solves it.
